A celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Culinary Arts program at Boston University’s Metropolitan College and founding chef Jacques Pépin.

As a Video Production Assistant at Boston University’s Metropolitan College I was responsible for creating this video from specially conducted interviews, collected recordings of program activities, file photos and video. This video was presented at the Culinary Arts 30th anniversary gala with the intent of stimulating fundraising for a renovation to the demonstration kitchen seen in the video.
